2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Herengracht 257, 1016 BJ Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit this site, the hosting provider processes server log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, date and time of access. This is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted after a short retention period.
3. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or write to us by email, we process the data you provide — name, company, email address and the content of your message — solely in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or its initiation, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies.
4. No tracking
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or social media plug-ins. Only technically necessary cookies are set.
5. Transfer to a third country
Our company is established in the United Arab Emirates. Data you send us is therefore processed in a country outside the European Economic Area for which no adequacy decision of the European Commission exists. Transfers take place on the basis of Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR where necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on the basis of the enquiry you send us.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your residence.
